Criteria to Identify Quality Resources on Internet

(1) It should have the name of the Author.

(2) All references should be cited.

(3) Articles should be listed in UGC or any other renowned Journal. 

(4) It should have all the necessary information regarding Author and he must be the expert of his area. 

(5) Are the sources for factual information clearly listed so they can be verified in another source?
